How a seemingly negative situation is a good thing
Things may not be looking the best on the outside, there may be stress, depression or illness in your life, or there may be circumstances that you wished was not there.
But know this: Everything happens for a reason and you are exactly where you need to be right now.
I am not talking condemnation if you are in pain, or that you earned it, NO.
What I want to shine a light on is that pain and misfortune often bring the best ideas of how to change it and do things differently.
This is because, these situations constitute a contrasting experience to what your ideal life is, and therefor it can be easier to see what needs to change for your ideal life to come closer to reality.
To feel gratitude for the unpleasant is a way to acknowledge what is happening and opens you up to the power you have in these moments. Even if feeling gratitude can be really hard in these situations! Try it if you want to turn your emotional state around to feeling more positive.
You have the power to turn it around. No one else can do it for you. Take charge and make a change today, even if it is a tiny one.
